✔️ Eat clean whole foods & stay hydrated
✔️ Engage in self-care daily (yes, daily!)

✔️ Schedule one day a week to simply rest

❌ Processed foods, sugar and alcohol
❌ Staying up late
❌ Engaging in negative self-talk/gossip
